Khadiaj a dedicated leader and entrepreneur passionate about empowering youth and strengthening her community. Inspired by her upbringing and studies in Criminal Justice, she founded ROC ROYAL LLC in 2010 after the loss of her brother, transforming it into a movement for mentorship and empowerment. She later launched ROC ROYAL INC, a nonprofit focused on education and entrepreneurship through the arts. Through programs like 585 DREAM and a growing summer camp, she has impacted over 32,000 people. As a WDKX radio personality, she continues to uplift and inspire.

A dynamic entrepreneur and executive with 19+ years of experience in human services, project management, and brand development. As CEO of Afficial, he specializes in creative strategy, marketing, and operational leadership across diverse industries. As a Program Coordinator, he specializes in empowering individuals and communities through advocacy, support, and strategic intervention. Damian holds an Executive MBA from RIT and is passionate about driving innovation, empowering communities, and building impactful brands.
